Viv Chambers, Head of Strategy at Bricolage
Viv is the Head of Strategy at Bricolage – a research and planning consultancy where culture, co-creation and consumer research are brought together in strategic thinking. Formerly a qualitative research specialist and director at Behaviour & Attitudes and Amarach Research, Viv then founded Pathfinder Research in 2006 to stretch the boundaries of qualitative research for clients such as Coca Cola, Heineken and O2. He has also worked as Strategic Planning Director at Ogilvy, 80:20 and Havas.
Jamie Helly, Managing Director at Dynamo
Jamie has been working with a vast array of national and international brands for over twenty-five years. He is beyond passionate about design and idea generation and strongly believes that great creativity has the power to deliver latent commercial success. Within Dynamo, Jamie plays an active role in helping to maintain the intrinsic relationship between both the Strategic and Creative disciplines. His ambition is to always produce dynamite work that produces great commercial results.
Cliona Hayes, Senior Global Brand and Advertising Lead at Indeed
Cliona is a highly impactful Marketing Director with a comprehensive background in creating & implementing strategic plans that increase company value. Through strategic thinking, courage, hard work and energy, she has led many projects that have delivered on both growth & commercial objectives in various businesses. Currently Cliona is Senior Global Brand and Advertising Lead with Indeed, previously she worked with Britvic, Irish Distillers and Communicorp. In 2016 she was ranked in 2nd position in the Business & Finance Top 100 Chief Marketing Officers in Ireland.
