by Mike Mesbur, Creative Director, Ogilvy & Mather & Suzanne Delaney Head of Digital, Ogilvy & Mather
The convergence of new technology capabilities is profoundly changing the way marketers shape the customer experience. Studying behaviour, developing personas and mapping the customer journey is key to building relationships with customers and offer customised solutions.
During this session, Mike will outline how the role of creative has developed in the era of data, how brands can retain consistency while continually striving for relevance – and the new types of campaigns which are making an impact. Suzanne will discuss how this confluence of technology is altering the role of marketing, and how you can rapidly leverage it to achieve your own marketing objectives.
